Dr Eduardo G Pereira, a Legal Consultant at Crystol Energy, spoke at the Black Sea Oil Ports and Terminals Conference that took place on 16-18 September 2019 in Sochi, Russia.
Eduardo covered the impact of the IMO 2020 standards on the shipping industry and petroleum markets – from demand and supply of products to prices. He also discussed the challenges of enforcement and consequences of non-compliance.
