In an interview given to Sputnik, Dr Carole Nakhle comments on the OPEC meeting in Algiers, describing the rather contradictory statements made by some of the organisation’s officials as a ‘deja vu’ of the developments preceding the Doha meeting last year. Dr Nakhle emphasises the importance of commitment and implementation of any agreement.
