Global Economy and Energy Markets Weekly Commentary – 28th Jun ‘20

Christof Rühl, member of the Advisory Board of Crystol Energy and a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University, comments on the latest market dynamics in this weekly market commentary hosted by the Gulf Intelligence.

Christof discusses the latest update of the World Economic Outlook report published by IMF and the downgrade of its economic growth projections, as well as the gradual reopening of economies and the upcoming US elections. He also comments on the US shale production, the demand recovery and floating storage.

Christof was joined by Keith Martin, CEO of LNG to Power, and Omar Najia, Global Head, Derivatives, BB Energy. The discussion was moderated by Sean Evers from Gulf Intelligence.
