She has held prior senior positions in investment banking and private equity in Brazil, Switzerland, and Turkey, advising
C-level clients on complex cross-border transactions.
With a focus on global financing strategies and policies, Carla has contributed to policy discussions at international platforms such as the World Economic Forum and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group.
Carla serves as Deputy Chair of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain and is a Founding Member of CHIEF and a Senior Leader of the Women in Banking and Finance.
She holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, a leading Latin American university and think tank.
