Access Women in energyOil and gas has long been a male-dominated industry. Both on the field and at boardroom level, men still outnumber women. Although things are beginning to change, with Shell being one of the companies helping to lead the way, a study by Gulf Intelligence argues that gender balance in the global energy industry could take even decades to achieve.
