From Troubled Lebanon To Become Global Energy Icon

In this interview given to Masahudu Ankiilu from African Eye Report, Dr Carole Nakhle, CEO of Crystol Energy and President of Access for Women in Energy (AccessWIE), shares her life and career journey from the war-torn Lebanon to her dance teacher early ‘career’ to becoming a global energy voice after working across a wide range of stakeholders. 

Dr Nakhle also talks about her experience in setting up Crystol Energy, what inspired her to run her own company, the challenges that such a venture has entailed, her life-changing initiatives, including AccessWIE, which have aimed to support and empower women and the youth, as well as her advice to women and young business leaders.
