Energy Connects, the global energy media platform by dmg events, has appointed a Global Advisory Board to help shape its next phase of growth and strengthen its role as a trusted source of thought leadership, analysis, and intelligence for the energy sector.
Dr Carole Nakhle, CEO of Crystol Energy, has been selected as a member of the board, bringing a perspective grounded in energy economics, market dynamics, and policy analysis. Through her work advising governments, companies, and institutions, Dr Nakhle contributes a practical understanding of how energy decisions are shaped by geopolitics, investment conditions, regulation, and the pace of energy system change.

The board also includes H E Tarek El Molla, former Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt, Nobuo Tanaka, Executive Director Emeritus of the International Energy Agency, and Joseph McMonigle, President and CEO of the Global Center for Energy Analysis and former Secretary General of the International Energy Forum.
