Crystol Energy is pleased to announce that our CEO, Dr. Carole Nakhle, has become a member of the Worshipful Company of Fuellers — a modern City of London Livery Company that represents the full spectrum of the energy industry, from electricity generation and renewables to nuclear, oil, gas, and their supply chains.
Founded on centuries of tradition and granted a Royal Charter in 2015, the Fuellers are part of a historic institution that plays a unique role in the governance and professional life of the City of London, including participating in the election of the Lord Mayor and Sheriffs.
Dr Nakhle was first introduced to the Company when she was invited to speak at the Duke of Edinburgh Future Energy Conference, a landmark event supported by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh. She will return as a speaker at the upcoming edition in December.
In a memorable introduction, Elena Oderstone, The Master of the Fuellers, remarked:
“When Carole talks energy, presidents and professors take note.” A testament to Dr Nakhle’s global influence and thought leadership in the sector.
Beyond its professional focus, the Company maintains strong affiliations with branches of the British Armed Forces and supports charitable initiatives through the Fuellers Charitable Trust Fund — a separate entity linked to the Company. The Fund plays an important role in promoting energy education and supporting disadvantaged communities.
