Dr Carole Nakhle, CEO of Crystol Energy, participates in the RAW Talks Poll, where experts specialising in extractive industries give their views on whether countries should consider leaving their hydrocarbon and mining resources in the ground.
According to Dr Nakhle, countries should behave as such when the world does not use oil anymore. But at the moment if countries have it, they should get it out as long as the right framework is in place.
