Negotiating Petroleum Agreements: Stabilisation Clauses

Dr Carole Nakhle, CEO of Crystol Energy, spoke on negotiating petroleum agreements and stabilisation clauses – the perspectives of host and international oil companies in a webinar organised by the Extractives Hub.

The discussion highlighted the divergence in views with respect to the need and effectiveness of fiscal stabilisation clauses.
